Loved having my own kitchen with a microwave and fridge - felt like a master chef! Free WiFi was a bonus, I could share my perfectly cooked meals with the world. And the shared lounge made me feel like a social butterfly, even though I mostly just watched TV alone.

Who needs a TV when you have a microwave and fridge? So unnecessary.

The owner, Tim, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for things to do in the area. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen facilities were excellent and made me feel right at home. The location of the townhouse was very convenient, with good bus connections and nearby shops and restaurants. The host, Tim, was extremely helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for things to do in the area. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities to prepare meals.

The Wi-Fi connection in the townhouse was not reliable and the 4G signal was weak, making it difficult to stay connected.

The room was clean, with iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and multi-channel television. We didn't have time, so that's why we would like to come again.

Wifi was spotty.

I always stay at a lovely place with friendly staff who helped me with bug spray once. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Leisure/ TV room, and a shared kitchen. Perfect for my business trip. I never regret coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely bed & breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable host, Tim. The kitchen was well-equipped and made us feel right at home. The convenient location near Queen's University and the abundance of restaurants and pubs nearby was a huge plus. We also appreciated the host's generosity in accommodating our breakfast preferences. a great experience with comfortable accommodation and a helpful host.
